Welcome to the first edition of Role Ready Insights, a newsletter focused on sharing the work I do here at Role Ready. In this inaugural edition, I’ll be describing the Role Ready purpose, vision, and mission.

 

Purpose – Why does Role Ready exist?

My personal purpose is to unlock potential in people and companies. I cover the latter part of that statement in my role as a senior Human Resources leader. I cover the former part, unlocking the potential of individual people, here at Role Ready.

 

I unlock potential in people by helping them articulate what they want to achieve in their careers. I then work with them to make it reality. My contributions here at Role Ready are a way for me to give back and share what I’ve learned throughout my career as an HR leader and coach.

 

Vision – What do you aspire for Role Ready to become in the future?

I envision a world where Role Ready is the premier source for career coaching, where leaders come to bridge the gap between their aspirations and their career achievements. I work toward this vision one client at a time as we determine the best way to turn your career goals into reality.

 

Mission – What does Role Ready do?

The mission of Role Ready is to help leaders clarify, attain, and transition to the next step in their careers.


Essentially, I help clients do three things very well:

1.)   CLARIFY: Working together, we clarify your career goals and determine a path that aligns with your personal values and professional aspirations.

2.)   ATTAIN: From support revamping your resume all the way through negotiating your offer, Role Ready helps you stand out as a candidate and land your next role.

3.)   TRANSITION: I help accelerate your onboarding by positioning you to assess your transition, reflect on key takeaways, and implement plans to make an impact.


The career acceleration plans I design here at Role Ready help you take the next step toward your unique career goals.
