I founded Role Ready Executive Coaching as an extension of my role as a senior HR leader. Before either of us commits to a coaching engagement, we connect to determine if working together is a good fit.

First, I share a quick overview of my coaching style and approach. Then, you share the challenges you're facing that, if addressed, would unlock the greatest growth in your work or leadership.

From there, we discuss what would become possible if that transformation occurred. The goal of this session is for you to find the best coach for you, even if that turns out not to be me.
